These Terms of Service govern your use of the FM Media Print website and your purchase of our custom printing, signage, floor-wrap and event-rental products and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All products are made-to-order. After you place an order, we provide a free digital proof for your review. Production begins only after you approve the proof. You are responsible for verifying all details — size, spelling, colors and image quality — before approving.
You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, images or text you submit, and that your files do not infringe any third party’s rights. You grant us the limited right to reproduce your artwork solely to fulfill your order.
Prices are listed on our product pages and may change without notice. Payment is required before production. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by late proof approval, carrier issues or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. See our Refund Policy Terms of Service Privacy Policy and FAQ for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FM Media Print’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
