Terms of Service
Scope and Application:
This policy governs all digital content, including but not limited to graphics, designs, images, illustrations, photographs, and any other visual materials (collectively “Graphics”) submitted by users or entities (“Users”) to FM Media Print for services such as printing, reproduction, or display.
It applies to submissions made via online platforms, email, physical storage devices, or any other medium.
Ownership and License Confirmation:
By submitting Graphics to FM Media Print, Users confirm that:
a. They hold full ownership rights to the submitted Graphics, or
b. They have secured the necessary licenses, rights, consents, or permissions to use the Graphics and allow FM Media Print to use them for the intended purposes without infringing any third-party rights.
User Responsibilities and Warranties:
Users are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of the Graphics they submit.
Users warrant that the Graphics do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity and privacy.
Users acknowledge their duty to obtain and maintain the necessary licenses, consents, or permissions for the Graphics they submit.
Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FM Media Print, its affiliates, agents, and employees against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the submitted Graphics, including claims related to intellectual property rights violations or breach of this policy.
No Obligation to Verify:
FM Media Print has no obligation to verify the authenticity, legitimacy, or rights associated with the submitted Graphics.
Users acknowledge that acceptance or processing of Graphics by FM Media Print does not imply validation of their originality or non-infringement.
Policy Violations and Actions:
In the event of a policy breach or intellectual property rights violation, FM Media Print reserves the right to:
a. Suspend or cancel services related to the Graphics,
b. Remove or delete the disputed Graphics,
c. Suspend or terminate the User’s access to services,
d. Pursue any other appropriate actions, including legal remedies.
Amendments:
FM Media Print reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective from the date of publication or as specified.
Continued submission of Graphics after changes indicates the User’s acceptance of the revised policy.

FLOOR WRAP USAGE TERMS AND LIABILITY RELEASE
By using the floor wrap services (“Services”) provided by FM Media Print, (“Company”), you (“User”) agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risks:
The User acknowledges that using floor wraps involves certain risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, and other incidents that may result in personal injury, property damage, or other losses.
Assumption of Risk:
The User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the Services. The Company is not responsible for supervising or maintaining the floor wraps during or after installation.
Release and Waiver:
The User releases and waives any claims, actions, or liabilities against FM Media Print, its agents, representatives, and employees related to the use of the Services, including claims arising from the Company’s alleged negligence.
Indemnification:
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, resulting from the User’s use of the Services or any breach of these terms.
Maintenance and Inspection:
The User is responsible for inspecting the floor wraps before use and promptly reporting any defects, damages, or concerns to the Company. The User is also responsible for ensuring the safe use and maintenance of the floor wraps during the event or activity.
Severability:
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of [Your State/Country].
Amendments:
FM Media Print reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes the User’s agreement to the updated terms.
Entire Agreement:
These terms represent the full agreement between the User and FM Media Print regarding the Services and supersede any previous agreements.
